ORDER DISPATCH

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery will follow only after a valid bank or credit card payment. If the payment is not received in 7 days we will cancel your order.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. 

However, we want to make our customers happy, so sending a replacement is not a problem!

 PACKAGING

Big prints are carefully rolled in tissue paper and packed in a sturdy shipping tube.

A4 prints are packaged in a tissue paper and fastened in a flat cardboard box.

If you order multiple posters, we put them in one package.
